Caregiving is kind of like a business. Your business (yeah, you probably don’t get paid), but sometimes I found it helpful to briefly step out of the “Caring-Doing part of being a Caregiving to get a different view, from a Business Perspective.
Rather than writing about things going on and what Valentine's Day means, I want to share some very important information with you for this Day of Love. Day of remembering your Heart.
I’m excited to announce that I will begin hosting classes for Caregivers on Zoom this year. These classes will be limited to Family Caregivers, that is a person who cares for an ill Loved One at home. And that person may be a wife, husband, son, daughter, friend, neighbor, a sibling.
Get ready…The time of transformation is coming. The Winter Solstice is December 21. 2025 here in the Northern Hemisphere. It is a time of transformation, heralding the beginning of our days growing longer, out of the dark and into the light.
November brings the holidays, winter weather, and a new year quietly waiting in the distance. A time to remember the soldiers who died in our wars, those veterans who fought, and those currently serving to keep our country safe.
That’s how I was born into Caregiving. The only job I never had to apply for, never needed an interview or a resume. Experience not required. I became a Caregiver that day.
